This summer only, we’re opening the doors to a unique place: our food and wine table in the heart of Clos Saint-Julien, an estate owned by Catherine Papon-Nouvel, winemaker in Saint-Émilion.
We wanted to create a simple, genuine place — where you can enjoy sharing boards and glasses of wine, while experiencing the daily life of a family-run vineyard.

CHAI PASCAL
Le Chai Pascal is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Émilion. We offer homemade dishes crafted by our chef Mickaël, along with a fine selection of wines from here and beyond. Since 2008, Chai Pascal has been open every day of the year, for lunch and dinner.

At Clos Saint-Julien, our family-owned organic Grand Cru Classé estate, we’ve opened the vineyard this summer to welcome you to a simple and authentic food & wine table, beneath a leafy vine arbor. The perfect spot to share generous boards and glasses of wine — and to purchase bottles directly from the cellar.
