Created more than 10 years ago, in association with Pascal Fauvel, Catherine Papon-Nouvel, winemaker in organic farming in Saint-Émilion continues the story of this restaurant. 


Inspired by the world of Saint-Émilion, between cellars and tastings, Chai Pascal values the local through the choice of its wines and its cuisine, simple and gourmet. 

Our wine list is a selection of wines from here or elsewhere, all chosen for their uniqueness and diversity.
